If you haven’t seen these TED Talks by Reshma Saujani, Caroline Paul, Sheryl Sandberg, and Brittany Packnett, they are worth watching especially for all women. Saujani and Paul both discuss why it’s crucial to teach girls to be brave. Sandberg and Packnett both analyze some of the reasons why women are underrepresented in leadership positions. Packnett also talks about how it’s equally important to empower women of color especially.
